recruit是招募的意思，一般是用在招募新人到一个团队或集体，比如工厂招募员工，军队招募士兵，学校招募老师。你如果想当韦小宝的话，可以用recruit，因为你的老婆们能够成为一个团体了。
weight可用作动词或者名词，你前面的tall是形容词，你应该知道weight在这里用的不对，可以说my weight is...或者说I am ... in weight.
I am 23 years old,and just graduated this summer now working in Haikou. 这句一会现在时，一会过去时，一会进行时，其实时态没用错，只是 am 要么都省略，要么都出现。I am 23 and working in after my graduation. 或者 I am 23, and just graduated from XX university, and now am working in Haikou. 还是有点别扭。。。
